| Former Watkins Ludlam Winter & Stennis shareholders F. Hall Bailey and Vikki Taylor have sued the Jackson, Mississippi–based firm and its board, claiming they were cut out of a planned merger with New Orleans–based Jones Walker and offered "grossly inadequate consideration" for their Watkins Ludlam stock.
