Sheppard Mullin Poaches Fish & Richardson IP Partner	Top
Nagendra (Nick) Setty has joined Sheppard Mullin's Palo Alto and San Francisco offices as co-chair of the firm's IP group. Setty, who joins from Fish & Richardson, has served as lead counsel in more than 120 IP cases involving a range of technologies for such clients as Bank of America, Cisco Systems and EchoStar.
Former Justice Department Antitrust Official Signs On With Wilmer	Top
Molly Boast, the former deputy attorney general of the Justice Department's Antitrust Division, has joined WilmerHale as a partner in New York. While at the DOJ, Boast oversaw such merger investigations as the unions of NBC/Comcast and Oracle/Sun Microsystems. She also has high-level experience at the Federal Trade Commission.

New attorneys who volunteer to represent low-income New Yorkers would receive state money to help them repay their student loans under a proposal being considered by court administrators.
