Job Title	FUSION HCM Architect with PeopleSoft HCM experience
Relevant Experience (Yrs)	12+ years with end-to end implementation experience in HR Domain (People Soft Preferable) with 4+ years of Good experience in Fusion HCM (Core HR, Absence and Payroll) with Encryption, Data masking, Instance management, Data mart building, Requirements etc
Technical/Functional Skills	Ability to conduct sessions with users to gather integration requirements, develop functional designs and coordinate with technical teams for the delivery of the same Performing testing, training and supporting UAT cycles. Should have the ability to work/coordinate with multiple teams/vendors.
Experience Required	Strong HR Domain Knowledge in Core HR and Payroll in People Soft. 4+ years of Oracle Fusion HCM experience in modules -  Core HR, Benefits, Time and Labor, NA Payroll End-to-End implementation expertise in Fusion in at least two big implementations with large user base. Should have the integration knowledge in cloud platform (PAAS). Project Management experience is a must Knowledge of Oracle HCM Data Model and ability to perform Integration/Data Conversion activities Exposure to Data masking , Fusion HCM security Configuration across modules - develop configuration workbooks and data management standards for Fusion. Ability to review Functional and Technical solutions with Development and Solutions group and provide feedback. Comfortable with Process-flows & Functional-flows of HCM modules. Experience in working directly with customers
