Nagendra (Nick) Setty has joined Sheppard Mullin's Palo Alto and San Francisco offices as co-chair of the firm's IP group. Setty, who joins from Fish & Richardson, has served as lead counsel in more than 120 IP cases involving a range of technologies for such clients as Bank of America, Cisco Systems and EchoStar.
