Job Description:
Senior Consultant : Having Oracle EBS R12 techno functional expertise in HCM modules:
Experience in Oracle Core HR
Ability to solicit and catalogue business (functional & non-functional) requirements from various HR business groups
Collaborate with engineers on design solutions.
Strategize with engineers on configurable solutions
Strong communications skills when working with business and technical partners
In-depth knowledge of SDLC

 

Other Skills:
Hands on development knowledge of  PL/SQL, forms, reports and workflows
