1. ESP Metamodel ETL Developer(Experience Required: 11+ yrs)

 ·Experience with DW/ ETL, will work with ESP (Enterprise Service Platform), strong DW experience, experience working with Oracle DB, strong SQL, data modeling, data architecture, experience working on implementations in DW environments, exposure to start schema, & prior SSC ESP experience is highly preferred.

 2. Project Coordinator(Experience Required: 8+ yrs.)

· Project Coordinator, take meeting minutes, track project status, report to PM, support PM in PM tasks, schedule meetings, etc.

 3. OBI ETL Lead (Experience Required: 12+ yrs)

· Lead ETL developer for OBI Apps Procurement and Spend Analytics.  Looking for very experienced Senior Informatica developer with at least 2-3 OBI Apps Procurement and Spend analytics implementations under their belt.   Will work directly with OBI Onshore Lead in modifying workflows to source AP Spend data from EBS R12 as well as EBD R11.

 4.Senior Actimize Developers (Experience Required: 11+ yrs)

· JOB DESCRIPTION:

Manager need consultant with experience with Actimize – familiar from deployment, user, customization, implementation, etc... Similar role to that of Sid's however working with the Trade Surveillance Module.

NICE Actimize – using for multiple projects, Sid will be responsible for Anti Money Laundering (AML implementation), Ajay for the Trade Surveillance implementation – full implementation required to support the following:

Asset Class Coverage: Utilize proven and enhanced algorithms designed to detect prohibited or non-compliant swaps activity  across a variety of asset classes, including CDS, IRS, equity  swaps, commodity swaps, and more.

  • Equities - Market Manipulation and Fair Dealing 
    Addresses supervision and surveillance requirements in leading equity trading firms. Detects non-compliant equity, and trading and sales practice issues.
  • Futures & Options 
    Analyzes organizations' futures and commodities dealings in their capacity as a Futures Commission Merchant, hedger, and/or speculator and flags exceptions to each exchange's rules and various principles-based global regulations. 
  • Swaps & OTC Derivatives
    Monitors security-based swaps (SEC) and non-security-based swaps (CFTC) for cross-market manipulation, product level manipulation, and anomalous behavioral patterns.
  • Fixed Income
    Addresses the surveillance requirements of firms trading in credit and structured products (both OTC and exchange traded) with a sophisticated set of rules to identify the "prevailing market" at each execution point and identifies potential illicit activity.
  • Forex
    Provides comprehensive coverage for FX manipulation and fraud, including cross-market manipulation and anomalous trading behavioral patterns. 

Regulatory  Compliance Coverage: Keep abreast of the latest in an ever-changing regulatory environment with multi-dimensional coverage of global regulations.

  • Dodd Frank Title VII 
    Provides comprehensive coverage for CFTC and SEC Anti-Manipulation/Anti-Fraud Rules, as well as Communications Surveillance for other types of interactions, achieving a truly holistic approach to Dodd-Frank swaps surveillance.
  • European Securities and Markets Authority (ESMA)
    Detects incidents of market manipulation and fictitious orders, processing real-time, streaming data for intraday and end-of-day detection to align firms with current ESMA real-time guidelines and global market trends.
  • European Market Abuse Directive (MAD II)
    Meets the current regulations presented by the European Market Abuse Directive regulations covering Client and Market Abuse in the EU as well as the upcoming MAD II directives. 
  • Markets in Financial Instrument Directive (MiFID II)
    Analyzes sales, trading, and employee activities and identifies issues involving best execution failure, suitability violations, conflicts-of-interest, transaction reporting, and improper handling of client orders inline with MiFID II directives. 
  • Codes of Conduct regarding Benchmark Manipulation (UK FCA, US CFTC)

5.      MDM Developer#(Experience Required: 11+ yrs)

 · Seeking up to 4 Informatica MDM developers with having 6 – 10 years of experience. The person should have hands on experience in MDM version 9.0/9.7 with in depth Java/Oracle skill. Experience in MDM product upgrade is a plus.  MDM stands for Master Data Management, which was purchased by Informatica, this is not an ETL or DW tool.  MDM has been on the market for quite some time.  These individuals will work on the Compliance Project and work with the developers on Agile teams.
