Please let me know if you have any consultant available for the below 2 requirements in Bothell, WA.

Position# 1: Workday Certified Compensation Consultant: 

Job Description:

• Bachelor degree required

• Workday HCM, Compensation and Performance Certification required

• At least 3+ years of workday implementation experience

• 8+ years of previous consulting experience either with a consulting/software company

• 2+ years of application requirements gathering and design, including process mapping and gap analysis

• Demonstrable experience implementing Core HCM, Compensation and Performance Management

• Experience implementing Workday, SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, ADP or similar applications.

• Work directly with clients to implement, support and integrate Workday HCM technology solutions into their business environments

• Provide delivery support for Workday Human Capital Management applications to our clients

• Closely follow the strategic direction set by senior management when establishing near term goals.

• Business analysis and requirements gathering abilities

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Position# 2: Workday certified Techno functional Consultant : 

Job Description:

• Workday integration developer to develop interfaces between the Workday and other applications with Studio experience

• At least 3+ years of workday implementation experience

• 2+ years of application requirements gathering and design, including process mapping and gap analysis

• Demonstrable experience implementing Core HCM, Compensation and Performance Management

Responsibilities

• Develop Workday integrations with other external systems

• Test the integration between Workday and other external systems 

Qualifications Requirements

• Ability to work independently and work in a team

• Ability to work remotely and complete the committed tasks on time

• Strong communication skills (Ask questions upfront if any)

• Strong analytical skills to troubleshoot issues

• Strong understanding of HCM processes

• Ability to document the functional/technical specifications

• Ability to do thorough unit and functional testing of any changes to the system

• Three years Development experience with emphasis on web services and/or HR

• Development experience in  APIs, custom EIB, Reports, calculated fields, condition rules, transformations

• Experience in developing and supporting workday studio integrations, Oxygen XML

• Experience with web services, file transfers, encryption protocols… 

• Certified to work as a  Workday developer – Strong preference

• Should be able to quickly analyze post go live issues/defects/enhancements and provide fixes/solutions quickly
