Role: Workday Integration Consultant

We need experienced workday integration candidates with strong technical knowledge instead functional knowledge
We need a Workday Integration expert to successfully develop and maintain integration between Workday HCM and other internal and external applications. This role is responsible for the full lifecycle of Workday integrations from concept through design, development, testing, deployment and support leveraging Workday tools such as EIB and Workday Studio (Eclipse). The Workday Integration role will be reporting to the HRIS manager.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Participate with client groups and 3rd party vendors in designing, implementing, testing and enhancing integrations between Workday(HCM) System and internal applications and 3rd party vendors like Payroll, Benefits, Stock Admin, etc.
Create detailed system integration specifications, field mapping, and system process designs and document the detailed functional design
Define and execute testing strategy and plans for all Workday systems integrations.
monitor, troubleshoot and resolve integration issues using problem solving skills to provide optimal solutions.
Demonstrated ability to work independently and as a team on projects and issues.
Monitor progress of tasks against a project plan and communicate status regarding project/production issues.
Demonstrate a strong commitment to client support, technical delivery and service delivery for a group of supported clients (internal & external)
Should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Seek opportunities to learn new systems and technologies to effectively design end to end solutions.
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree with 3 to 5 years of experience working in IT/HR Business Systems
Minimum of 1 year in Workday custom integration tools experience (EIB, Workday Studio, Cloud Connect, Document Transformation)
Workday certification preferred.
Web Services API's, XML, XSLT integration technologies experience.
Must have understanding of functionality within Workday HCM. Payroll experience a plus.
Experience supporting Human Resource applications.
Solid verbal and written communications skills
Excellent problem solving skills
