Job details:
Providing weekday and weekend overnight support for Data & Informatics Center of Excellence Team, Enterprise Data Architecture Team, and Application Support Team
Provide initial support for incidents which are raised across all platforms (Informatica, ODS, EDM, SBI, CBI, and ER/Studio) and escalate as necessary to the appropriate Support Team members.
Address Informatica support tickets raised including, but not limited to, code deployments, job restarts, and workflow monitoring
Assist with monitoring and SLA tracking tasks as assigned by Support Management
Complete weekly status reports and submit to immediate the management
Required skills:
Looking for someone who will be responsible for monitoring the system applications that are running.
If a problem arises with one of the applications candidate should have the ability to fix it to some extent (minor issues), would prefer someone with min 3-5 years of experience in the field.
If it is a higher level problem, candidates will need to pass the ticket on to the application manager.
Would prefer to have someone with experience in BMC Service Desk Express (aka: Magic) for incident/problem management systems or any other popular one.
Experience with ticketing systems like ServiceNow or Remedy or any other ticketing system is needed as well
