Legacy Lovells partners are set to receive their first bonus payments under U.S. merger partner Hogan & Hartson's bonus structure. Hogan Lovells International will pay out 7.5 percent of its profits from May 1 to Dec. 31, 2010, as partner bonuses to both salaried and equity partners.

According to a recent national survey of attorney hiring trends in corporations, interviews of senior level lawyers jumped 20 percent between January 2010 and January 2011. And 38 percent of the companies surveyed said experienced attorneys were being considered for a wide range of positions.
