Supreme Court Sends Boeing Case Back to Lower Courts	Top
On Monday, the Supreme Court delivered a unanimous decision in a long-running case pitting Boeing and defense conglomerate General Dynamics against the U.S. government. The Court voided all previous decisions regarding a canceled aircraft project, the A-12 Avenger.
