A judge has denied Patton Boggs' motion to compel arbitration and stay action on former non-equity partner Kate Moseley's Rule 202 petition to depose two firm leaders. Moseley has said in a petition that that she wants to inquire about the "Company's actions or inactions in light of its knowledge of prior complaints of Company's gender bias and discrimination, Company's failure to make Petitioner an equity partner, Company's failure to distribute bonuses and partnership distributions," among other things. | |
