| Summary: Responsible for leading an Informatica ETL development team in support of Extract/Transfer/Load applications. The ideal candidate for this position should possess strong ETL development understanding as well as solid analytical and problem-solving skills in the areas of data capture, script development and integration. Plan, direct, and coordinate activities of mapping and ETL development teams for Telecom data conversion activities. |
| Education/Experience: Bachelor's degree in a technical Experience with Informatica. 8+ years of experience in leading SQL teams creating queries, stored procedures, views and triggers. 5+ years Telecom experience. Experience with 1-2 large data conversions (like billing projects) is preferred. |
| 8+ years of experience in leading development teams and technical personnel, working with business partners, and SDLC end-to-end experience. Previous consulting experience preferred. |
| Excellent planning and time management skills. Advanced Word, Visio and Excel skills. Experience with HP ALM (QC). |

| Experience with FTR DPI is preferred, with expertise in Billing, Service Order, Plant, including Triad interfaces and XML. |
| Consult with users, management, vendors, and technicians to assess needs and system requirements. Meet with department heads, managers, supervisors, vendors, and others, to solicit cooperation and resolve problems. |
