Job Title : Senior Commercial Insurance Business Analyst
Duration of assignment (in Months) : 12 months
Work Location : Harleysville, PA
Relevant Experience : 8-10 Years
Visa Copy must At the time of Submission
Technical/Functional Skills
Mandatory experience in commercial insurance project implementations with strong understanding of various operations like underwriting, claims, billing etc.
Excellent Requirements gathering skills and ability to conduct workshops involving business leaders and architects.
Should be conversant with ISO rules and circular implementations
Should be conversant with NCCI and AAIS
Should be able to handle parallel projects
Should coordinate work with QA and Developer teams
Roles & Responsibilities
Manage requirements gathering and documentation for small and medium projects.
Analyze business requirements for impact on existing system functionality
Coordinate system changes with downstream applications
Conduct requirement review walk through
Review and approve Test plans
Support bug and defect processing
Generic Managerial Skills
Should be an excellent team player and be able to take individual responsibility
