Position : BW/BI-ABAP Consultant

Location : Mountain View, CA

Duration : 2 Months

• 4 years of SAP BW experience in the functional and technical areas of BI 7.3 or BW 7.4 with full cycle implementations using ASAP methodology.

• Extensive working experience on SAP BW/BI components and ETL process from multiple SAP and NON

SAP systems like creating generic/enhanced Data Sources, InfoCube, MultiProvider, DSO, Transfer rules, Update rules, InfoSet, InfoSources, Transfer/Update/Start Routines, Process Chain and Event management for automation process. 

• Should have designed & developed queries for Web reporting using BEx Analyzer, Query Designer and Web Application Designer with calculated/restricted key figures , Structures, Variables- Replacement Path/Customer/SAP Exit/Authorization, Exceptions, Conditions, User profile maintenance, RRI and Workbooks.

• Ability to do very complex BW ABAP coding and Strong Knowledge of ABAP preferably in object-oriented development and MVC architecture including developing web applications using Business Server Pages (BSP).

• Expertise in the technical capabilities of BI 7.3 and 7.4 (Transformations, DTPs, HANA Modelling Tool, Open ODS View/Advanced DSO etc.)

• Designed and developed queries for Web reporting using BEx Analyzer, Query Designer and Web Application Designer with calculated/restricted key figures , Structures, Variables, Replacement Path/Customer/SAP Exit/Authorization, Exceptions, Conditions, User profile maintenance, RRI and Workbooks.

• Expertise and intensively worked on SAP BW Security and Authorizations.

• Responsible for analysis, design, configuration, programming, testing and 

documentation for new projects/upgrade, enhancements, and ongoing production support in various corporate applications.

• Experience with BO Tools, Webi, Analysis for Excel, Design Studio, Live Office and Crystal Reports is preferred. 

• Excellent analytical, problem solving skills and a motivated team player with excellent interpersonal skills.

• Good organizational & communication skills and ability to work effectively in a global team or independently as required.

• Should be able to write code based on verbal or high level directions.
