Position: QA Automation Engineer
Location: Madison, WI
Duration: 6 +Months Contract
Green Card/ EAD/ Citizen Only

Job Description:
- Bachelor's degree with professional experience preferred.
- Experience in automation tools desired.
- Experience testing complex multi-tiered web based systems and complex data-driven applications
- Work concurrently on several projects, each with specific instructions that may differ from project to project written in but not limited to: Java, .Net and PHP programming and database technologies
- Knowledge and experience in JMeter, Java or Jscript, Groovy are a plus
- Knowledge of the software development life cycle (SDLC) required, web application processing knowledge preferred
- Comfortable working with project teams using agile and waterfall project methodologies
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to work in a collaborative environment as well as independently with minimal supervision
- Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
- Expert in analyzing, troubleshooting and resolving complex issues
- Excellent planning and organization skills, and committed to delivering on aggressive deadlines

Responsibilities:
- Specify, design, implement and test automation framework in SmartBear Test Complete
- Execute automated tests on multiple environments, utilizing multiple browsers
- Expand automation framework to provide additional test capabilities
- Design, code and document automated test cases within a defined framework to ensure quality of our product
- Translate existing manual regression test cases into automated tests
- Improve the reliability and repeat ability of automated testing
- Analyze existing systems to find areas for improvement
- Conduct diagnostic analysis and troubleshooting to resolve complex software issues
- Evolve automated test framework to achieve higher test throughput, increased accessibility and test execution flexibility
