Houston litigation boutique Abrams Scott & Bickley will merge with Blank Rome on June 30, beefing up the Philadelphia firm's presence in Houston. Barry Abrams, an Abrams Scott partner who will manage Blank Rome's Houston office once it opens on July 1, says combining his firm with Blank Rome is a "tremendous opportunity." He says the firms share a similar commitment to clients and culture, and a client base. | |
